My mother recommended these batteries and charger for the SLR digital camera I had just bought. She is a proffessional photographer and she said that these were the only batteries she could rely on. The charger is also great. It has a discharge mode that totally discharges the batteries before recharging them. This feature will make the batteries hold a charge longer and last longer. So far they have worked great. I am very pleased.The price is a little high but well worth every penny.

I have the 4 battery smart charger and I needed another one to do rapid charge. This one is wonderful! it's much faster than my smart charger and does more. It has rapid charge, conditioning, and regular charge. I love the batteries - I'm a wedding photographer and one set will last me per flash for a 10 hour day. If the weather is extreme, I change my main flash batteries, but that's it!

Installed these in a small office and liked them so much that we put one at home. Controlled portion of foam soap that the kids seem to like. You are limited to gojo refils, which are 40$, but they contain 2000 doses, so you have to do the math.

You can't beat the price. Almost as much as they charge locally for just 1. br /br /As another reviewer noted the package is dated 2005. So was mine; however, silver batteries should be good for 10yr on the shelf. So I've got another 5 left. What's even better is, I checked the package date of one I bought locally in 2009 and it was dated 2003! SO YES - I RECOMMENDED THIS.

Its true these battery do have energy inside them, its another marvel of modern science. Personally I noticed that the flow of electrons were very strong, a nice change after years of dealing with batteries that only had strong to moderately strong electron flow. You mainly notice this when you bridge the terminals with your mouth (dont try this at home, well, actually if you do try it, it will probably be at home. But dont try it at WORK you will look like an idiot)br /br /I did notice however that the longer I left the battery bridged in my mouth the less painfull it became, this was over a period of like 3 days straight though which was promising. At first I didn't know if it was just my nerve endings getting fried off or if this behemoth of a battery was actually losing power. But after a couple more days I started to regain feeling in my lower lip and I knew the ride was almost over and the battery was indeed growing weeker. Overall this was the longest lasting battery I have personally experienced. I would recommend it to anyone with a taste for adventure!

Powerfully Entertaining...addictive - -
I've used many batteries by various manufacturers but these were a real treat. From the start they were full of energy -- so powerful that the volume dial had to be kept to a minimum. Though their intensity lessened as the hours passed, by the the time they were expended, I couldn't help myself from buying more.pTip: brIf you are willing to purchase several cassette players and enough of these batteries, you can exeperience many books on tape simultaneously. This saves time while exposing you to more literature that your friends would be able to digest if they devoted all of their waking hours to reading.

Standard NIMH batteries have a nasty habit of self-discharging themselves. If you charge them up and leave them alone, they could be dead by the time you actually use them a few days or weeks later. This is especially true in hot climates. I've had NIMH batteries totally self-discharge in as little as three days in hot weather!br /br /These Kodak pre-charged NIMH AA's are not like that. They keep their charge so you don't have to worry about whether the batteries you charged a few days or weeks ago will be dead when you need them. This also makes them suitable for low drain or intermittently used devices like remote controls, clocks, wireless keyboard and mice, and the like, where the self-discharge of a standard NIMH forces the user to charge more frequently than should be necessary.br /br /There are a few issues with these batteries. One is they are slightly fatter than a typical AA battery, which makes it a tight fit in some devices. They also have less capacity than the highest capacity standard AA NIMH batteries. However these issues are pretty minor compared to the huge benefit of not having NIMH batteries which drain themselves flat in as little as a few days.

I use these batteries in the Kodak zi6. After getting burned quite badly by the Energizer e2 batteries I was skeptical as to whether these batteries would be any better. Research but not actual practice on my part had stated that the precharged batteries hold the best charge and last the longest. I can now say without a doubt that these Kodak rechargeables are among the best investment I have made in a while. I have recorded nearly an hour give about 10 minutes or more while recording at vga mode. And the battery had not died. I don't like running a set until they die. Even at HD the recording time had to run to nearly an hour without having to change out. I use a Rayovac charger to charge them, which does require a 13.5 hour charge but with the way these batteries hold their charge it's not a big deal. If you're a zi6 user, pick these up. Or do what I did and pick up 2 packs of them. But only open one, even at an event where I'm shooting a lot of footage, I haven't had to come close to using beyond four of them.

I don't how other people are saying these batteries hold a charge, because they don't for me.br /br /I bought 2 sets of these less than 2 months ago. I put one set in my camera, and kept the other set for spares. I topped them off in my automatic charger before doing this because when I tested them with a voltmeter after taking them out of the package they were low. I guess that should have been my first clue.br /br /I went to use the camera today, and it wouldn't start up. It said "Change Batteries". I didn't take that many pictures since I put them in. So, ok- I change to the spare set and they're down to 50% already and dropping fast. In 6 weeks.br /br /I never ever any problems with the Rayovac batteries I use. The Rayovacs never went dead like this. They really hold their charge.br /br /These things? Forget it. Maybe I got 2 bad packages? br /br /I would never buy these again. They're good for small flashlights, that's about it. I certainly won't use them in a camera and wind up running out of juice at at a crucial moment.br /br /Back to my trusty Rayovacs.
